Toyota has informed us that in the next few days we should expect to receive the necessary parts kits and technical training bulletins to begin performing both the floor mat and accelerator recalls.  For vehicles affected by both recalls, we are hoping to perform both on the same service visit, to minimize the inconvenience to our customers.

We have begun making appointments for the middle of next week and thereafter.  Due to anticipated high call volume, we strongly recommend that you make your appointment via our website, rather than by phone.  To do this, go to the Service tab on our homepage, then choose “Make an Appointment”.  Fill out the form and we will make your appointment and contact you to confirm it.
